We’ve written for various organisations in these sectors, including generators, distributors and companies providing technical and consultancy services.

EDF’s True Stories campaign shows how different individuals at EDF Energy are working to meet their ‘Better Energy Ambitions’, and at the same time improve colleagues’ and customers’ lives – through a series of posters, intranet pages and case studies.

When RATCH needed to establish regular community engagement for its wind farm developments, we helped with newsletter articles and media releases. We’ve helped Origin Energy with recruitment editorials about its women in leadership, and have written extensively for GE Australia’s industrial and energy businesses.

In Russia, we’ve written annual reports and web presentations for fertiliser giant UralKali, and five annual reports for steel and mining company Severstal. And for conglomerate Sistema, we’ve written several annual reports as well as exhibition copy and video scripts, both for the main company and for some of its portfolio companies.

After a major brand review, we developed Npower’s tone of voice and applied it both to internal and external communications – including customer services literature and letters, sales presenters, advertising and a staff corporate responsibility review.

For Yorkshire Water, making complex messages accessible to a wide range of people is essential. We’ve helped with this through our work on the customer charter, customer service leaflets, and magazine-style customer guides. We’ve also written staff communications, including site security notices and a winter weather campaign.
