Our experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals includes work for clinical and managerial audiences, business and the general public.

Our work for the NHS is as extensive as it is varied. That means writing everything from a leadership development journal, e-bulletin and website to guides about dealing with complaints and research techniques used in public health campaigns. We’ve also written articles for the NHS Jobs website.

Writing about IVF and fertility requires an empathetic tone – and that’s what we’ve brought to Virtus Group, for its IVFAustralia, Melbourne IVF, Queensland Fertility Group, Tas IVF and Singapore websites. We’ve also written HealthDirect’s annual report three years running, and we’ve written animation scripts for BUPA Aged Care and NPS Medicine Wise.

Shire Pharmaceuticals’ leadership team wanted to communicate their fundamental expectations of people managers. To support the campaign, we spoke to their managers from Argentina, USA, UK and Italy to create copy for a magazine-style intranet site full of tips, anecdotes and guidance for those managing others.

For AstraZeneca, ‘Hallmarks’ are case studies of projects that help build the brand’s reputation among employees, while encouraging different teams around the world to learn from each other’s experiences. We created a consistent structure, and wrote the stories following interviews with people as far apart as Brazil, South Africa and Italy.

When Spire Healthcare (formerly BUPA Hospitals) launched, they needed a new tone of voice and an entire suite of literature aimed at both patients and GPs for their private hospital network. We obliged.
