An organisation’s employees are its brand, so communications to them deserve as much attention as any other. Our philosophy is simple: give them reasons to read, watch or listen.

RBS Choice is the Group’s UK-wide flexible working initiative. We created a series of stories to help RBS employees appreciate the scheme’s value to colleagues, teams and departments, and partners and charities.

After interviewing KPMG staff in all service areas and at all levels from Melbourne to Montreal, we created personal case studies and video stories – to enhance staff mobility, motivation, career development and recruitment the world over.

We made KONE’s Employee Handbook and magazine more engaging, supported Pepper with internal comms for its new direct channel launch, and researched and wrote GE Australia’s monthly staff eNews, OneGE. We’ve also written staff editorial pieces and employee brand stories to help Origin Energy recruit the brightest graduates.

EDF’s True Stories campaign shows how different individuals at EDF Energy are working to meet their ‘Better Energy Ambitions’, and at the same time improve colleagues’ and customers’ lives – through a series of posters, intranet pages and case studies.

Shire Pharmaceuticals’ leadership team wanted to communicate three fundamental expectations of people managers. To support the campaign, we spoke to their managers from Argentina, USA, UK and Italy to create copy for a magazine-style intranet site full of tips, anecdotes and guidance for those managing others.

For Royal Mail, we’ve scripted many short films aimed at employees, often covering contentious or complex topics or detailed processes.
