Writing websites used to mean adapting the brochure to work online. Now it’s UX this, navigation that, and responsive the other. So the words have never been more important in bringing it all together.

After spending a few days at a dealership to get to know its car range up close and personal, we took what we learned (along with some rather hefty brand guidelines) and wrote the whole of Citroen UK’s consumer website.

Understanding enterprise network infrastructure technology is one thing. Communicating it with clarity, simplicity and brevity is quite another. Our relationship with Vodafone Global Enterprise goes back 10 years, so we felt pretty comfortable writing its website.

For the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), our team of seven combined information from the Defra and BERR websites, then restructured, rewrote, shortened and added new content as necessary. The result? One all-encompassing, clear, consistent site of around 500 pages. We also liaised with around 100 policy contacts to assess the content and ensure it was up to date and relevant.

Other recent websites include UNSW Business School and the AGSM, TasIVF, Virtus Singapore and many doctor websites for Virtus Group, WHRIA (Women’s Health Australia) and Colonial First State’s SMSF hub. We’ve also written digital ads and short online copy for Commercialrealestate.com.au, Mirvac and Sekisui House.

DWF is a fast-growing international law firm. As well as writing its website, we’ve helped name and brand specific services it offers, and written video scripts to explain them to busy clients.

As well as the website, we created episode teasers and lifestyle sections for Channel 5’s much anticipated Classic Car Show. This involved analysing how presenters Quentin Willson and Jodie Kidd spoke, and recreating their diction in the written word.

We’ve also worked on web projects for:
