For more than five years, we’ve written thought leadership articles for Macquarie Bank’s small and medium business banking customers. Plus, there’s financial advice and wellbeing content for personal banking customers and financial advisers. And eDMs, brochures, web copy and social posts for specific campaigns.

We helped Pepper launch its direct channel with an in-depth research report for brokers, as well as web copy and eDMs. And we’re on-call writers for GE Money and GE Capital, from credit card DM and insurance product disclosure statements to web copy, case studies and product launch collateral.

For Westpac Agribusiness, we’ve written media releases and editorial, and we’ve developed web copy, editorial and white papers for Colonial First State and Aon.

RBS Choice is the Group’s UK-wide flexible working initiative. We created a series of stories to help RBS employees appreciate the scheme’s value to colleagues, teams and departments, and partners and charities. In the past, we’ve also written their annual report and all the printed and online copy for a global graduate recruitment campaign. Other work for RBS Group includes business insurance websites for RBS and NatWest aimed at SMEs.

Our long-standing relationship with commercial insurer NIG includes broker communications, opinion pieces, seasonal campaigns, video scripts and press releases. And we’ve written a website and mobile app for Direct Line for Business.

Triodos Bank, Europe’s largest ethical bank, has asked us to write all sorts of stuff over 12 years. From ad campaigns, letters and guides to editing speeches, reports and prospectuses, to writing websites for their UK bank and Thrive Renewables, we’ve got to know their organisation and their brand very well.

When two major organisations (each with a well-established brand) merged to form one, there was a lot of writing to do. In fact, hundreds of items and thousands of pages, across a wide range of channels – which meant a team of four writers working in one consistent tone of voice.
